In response to the earthquake that struck Haiti in 2010, Artruistic has volunteered to help in the recovery effort. Part of our volunteer time will be spent providing art-therapy sessions with the members of the boy's home were we will be staying. We will also help in the removal of damaged structures and the rebuilding of a classroom.

Cleaning Our Clothes
This might appear like it is very easy to do, trust me it's not.

@Janelle- I miss hearing you call out my name really loud. ;) I'll be home on Monday night and in Tuesday. Is it a "b" day? Ps washing those clothes was the hardest thing ever. I paid one of the boys girlfriends to hook me up.
@Josh- Good observation. I don't know how they do it so well. My water wasn't nearly as soapy and bubbly as the girl I hired today was. And her washing method made the clothes smell good. Mine were still pretty funky but at least I tried and now i know how tough it to actually do. I give mad props to the people washing clothes by hand...lol
